Deze keer wordt het projectkoor geleid door de gerenommeerde Engelse dirigent en componist Philip Lawson, een unieke kans om van zijn vakmanschap te genieten. De voertaal van de dienst is Engels, met een schriftelijke vertaling beschikbaar.
Op het programma staan prachtige werken van Tomkins, Stanford en Bairstow, uitgevoerd door het koor en begeleid door organist Iddo van der Giessen. De voorganger van deze bijzondere dienst is Timon Idema.
De Evensong begint om 16:00 uur. Na afloop bent u van harte uitgenodigd om de ervaring voort te zetten in de gezellige ‘pop-up pub’, waar u onder het genot van een drankje kunt napraten.

On Sunday, February 16, 2025, the third Choral Evensong in the Evensong series will take place in the charming Old Catholic Church on Bagijnhof in Delft. This time, the project choir will be led by the renowned English conductor and composer Philip Lawson, offering a unique opportunity to experience his artistry. The service will be conducted in English, with a written translation available.
The program includes beautiful works by Tomkins, Stanford, and Bairstow, performed by the choir and accompanied by organist Iddo van der Giessen. The officiant for this special service is Timon Idema.
